Add / Edit Machine

Fill in the form to add a new machine to the tool database. If you are editing an existing machine then the form will be pre-filled with the existing values.

Known Machines

EasyCarve comes with a list of machines it is known to support. To add a supported machine then first select the manufacturer from the list.

Selecting a manufacturer will allow you to select a model from the list of known models. It will also pre-fill the values for the machine size and the machine type, and the list of post-processors.

Custom Machines

If your machine is not already known to EasyCarve you can still use it by adding a custom machine. To do this select 'Not Listed/Custom' from the manufacturer list.

When you select 'Not Listed/Custom' the form will be blank and you will need to fill in all the details for the machine.

A custom machine will not automatically have a post-processor assigned to it. You will need to add one to the list using the choose button to select one.
